A Company of Opportunity:
The Shell Story
High-performing enterprises are rethinking how they access critical skills within their business to execute important work — and how they empower their employees to drive results.
Aligning the interests and capabilities of the workforce with innovative work has allowed organizations like Shell to drive workstreams forward while also helping employees to engage in interdisciplinary work and gain experience through unique development opportunities.
Join Joseph Fuller, Harvard Business School Professor of Management and Co-Director of the Managing the Future of Work Initiative, in a virtual fireside chat with Caroline Missen, Shell’s Business Advisor to the Downstream Director, and Kate Faucher, Shell’s Customer Innovation Lead, to discuss how Shell’s Opportunity Hub, powered by Catalant, has helped the enterprise to deliver work, driving significant cost savings and value creation, while allowing employees to work cross-functionally across the globe.
