Internal consulting teams play a major role in delivering on strategic objectives, especially during periods of volatility. More than ever, internal consulting needs to build trust with stakeholders and show the value they offer.
We are gathering an exclusive group of 15 Internal Consultants for a peer-to-peer roundtable conversation on the challenges facing IC teams today.
Join Catalant’s Co-Founders, Rob Biederman and Pat Petitti, for a one-hour engaging virtual discussion on how some of the best IC teams are delivering by shaping the strategic agenda, enhancing the skill sets of their teams, and improving their agility in partnership with key stakeholders and outside consultants.
