Meet Your Hosts
Randy Miller is the First Employee at Catalant Technologies and the Head of the Expert Community. To earn this role, he drove thousands of miles and slept on a 65 inch couch to contribute to a Harvard Business School class project and build the idea. Today, he advocates for the 70,000+ Independent Consultants and specialized consulting firms embracing that idea and coaches those Experts to best use the Catalant Marketplace.
Randy earned a B.A. from Union College, M.S. from Albany Law School, and an M.B.A. from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business.
Andrea Black
Andrea Black is the General Manager and VP of Catalant’s Expert Marketplace, a platform trusted by 30% of the Fortune 100 to help companies adapt to the future of work. Andrea holds an B.A. from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Steve Smith
Steve Smith is the Director of Network Strategy and oversees a team of associates working closely with the Expert Community. Steve holds a B.A. from Holy Cross, M.S. from Old Dominion University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
