Brian McGarvey
Brian McGarvey is the Senior Human Resources leader for GE Healthcare, US & Canada. In this role, he provides HR leadership to 20,000 employees across all disciplines of the $8B business. This role will drive the Talent and HR agenda for the business and Customers that are delivered across the US & Canada regions. Brian’s responsibilities include driving profitable growth, building out the work class HR solutions, and preparing the business to be an independent entity.
Prior to starting his current role , he was the Global Services HR leader for GEHC. He was in this role for 2 years driving the HR strategy for the $5B business that included 14,000 employees globally. In this role, he was appointed the HR Project Leader of the GE Capital Non-US transition, which accounted for over 30,000 employees across 35 countries.

George Schlitz
George Schlitz is Managing Director at Accenture SolutionsIQ. In this role, he is responsible for the overall point of view, GTM, and strategy of the business. George is also an advisor to business and IT executives in developing and executing business agility transformation strategy.
Prior to joining Accenture, George was the Co-founder of BigVisible Solutions, a consulting company servicing large companies in their introduction of agile methods. He led development and innovation of the company's vision, services staff, and business development.
Schlitz graduated from University of Massachusetts Amherst and recieved an MBA from Bentley University.
