Driving Business Model Transformation with a Flexible Workforce
As market and competitive disruptions continue to push enterprises to adopt new business models, figuring out how to properly resource initiatives with the right skills and capabilities is top of mind for executives.
With direct-to-consumer models upending the mattress industry, market leader Serta Simmons Bedding (SSB) needed to transform its entire business in order to remain competitive. Shifting away from an outdated model required a workforce capable of doing things the company had never done before—putting into practice the idea that “what got us here, isn’t going to get us there.”
Join Catalant CEO Pat Petitti and SSB President and Chief Transformation Officer David Campos for an inside look into SSB’s ongoing customer-centric D2C transformation and how creating a flexible workforce is essential to resourcing and executing strategic initiatives.
