Larry Kleinman is executive vice president, chief human resources officer for Highmark Health, and founder of Lumevity. Mr. Kleinman is responsible for all aspects of human resources across Highmark Health, including compensation, organization effectiveness, benefits, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and talent management. Deborah Rice-Johnson is president of Highmark Inc. and chief growth officer of Highmark Health. She is responsible for providing senior leadership and strategic direction for the company’s multi-state health insurance organization and diversified businesses, totaling over $18B in revenue. Pat Petitti

Pat Petitti is the co-founder and CEO of Catalant Technologies, the market leader enabling companies to get from strategy to execution faster. Prior to founding Catalant, Petitti was a consultant at negotiation and conflict management consulting firm Vantage partners, and before that at Booz Allen Hamilton. Petitti received his BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and MBA from the Harvard Business School. He is a Bostonian born and raised.
