LiveCast featuring Joe McCabe
Keys to Managing a Flexible Workforce at Scale
COVID 19 has made one thing clear: enterprises need to build and maintain a more flexible workforce in order to be prepared for ever-changing market demands. According to recent HBS and BCG research, 60% of business leaders said they would increasingly prefer to “rent,” “borrow,” or “share” talent with other companies. An astounding 90% of business leaders said they expected working with on-demand talent platforms to be critical to the success of their strategic initiatives in the future. So what’s holding back organizations from adopting this new operating model?
The simplest answer is that most companies don’t have the capability to manage a flexible workforce at scale.
Join Catalant CEO Pat Petitti and Korn Ferry Vice Chairman Joe McCabe for an engaging discussion on best practices for getting the most out of a flexible workforce, and why leaders need to plan now before it’s too late.
In this exclusive LiveCast, you will learn:
- The key elements to make a flexible or on-demand workforce successful
- The most sought after skills in the Catalant Expert Marketplace and what that means for enterprises
- Why enterprises turning to on-demand talent platforms are doing more than just saving money
