Emily Schur is Vice President, Human Resources, Sun Life Financial U.S. In this role, Emily is responsible for overseeing the operations of the U.S. Human Resources division, including talent management, recruitment, employee relations, benefits training, and compensation. She also provides leadership and strategic insight to effectively leverage and recruit talent across Sun Life Financial’s North American operations.
