Private Equity’s Perspective on the Flexible Workforce: A Trend or Necessity?

Recorded on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 1:00 PM ET

Accessing the right talent, whether on a deal team or within a portfolio is one of the biggest drivers of value at a private equity firm. It can also be one of the most expensive assets. With current circumstances making teams leaner than ever and asking companies to do things they’ve never done before, PE operators have turned to flexible strategies that provide access to top talent while keeping its costs off the balance sheet.

Join Providence Equity VP, Mike Monagle, as he shares his outlook for 2021. By attending you’ll learn about the evolution of work to becoming less hierarchical and more task/project and skill-focused, the effects of COVID on PE and portfolio companies, and how to gain repeatable access to strategic resources to make sure you can continue to operate as usual - no matter the economic conditions.
