About Rob Biederman

Rob Biederman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Catalant Technologies, the market leader enabling companies to get from strategy to execution, faster.

Prior to founding Catalant, Biederman was a private equity investor at Goldman Sachs and Bain Capital, where he focused on the healthcare and high-tech industries. In these roles, he served as an advisor to and collaborator with both public and private management teams on topics including organic growth, competitive strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and financing strategy.
Biederman graduated from Princeton University and from Harvard Business School as a Baker Scholar.

About Rebecca McNamara

As Chief Integration Officer of Cengage, Rebecca oversaw the strategic planning and the post-merger implementation for the proposed merger between McGraw-Hill and Cengage to create a combined company with $3.2B in revenue. Rebecca led the cross-functional team responsible for ensuring both cultural and organizational alignment across companies and the plan to achieve $400M of cost synergies. 

Prior to this role, Rebecca was with Cengage for more than 15 years. She served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and held a number of senior finance roles within the organization, including Senior Vice President, Finance Planning; Analysis, as well as Vice President, Strategic Finance. Previously, she held positions at Thomson Reuters and TheStreet.com.

Rebecca holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Lehigh University and an MBA in finance and economics, from Columbia Business School.
