Accelerating Digital Transformation to Operate in a Remote World

Originally Aired on Thursday, July 30, 2020

The pace of digital transformation is accelerating. The public health crisis we now all face is compelling organizations to digitally transform critical processes and operations, to an extent that most never imagined would happen so quickly. Leaders must also account for a very likely scenario: that many of us will be working remotely for a long time.

At the same time, people’s expectations of work are irreversibly changed. Widespread remote work is intertwining personal and professional living, and employees’ expectations around flexibility in work arrangements and the support that they should receive is evolving rapidly.

Join Sean Collins, Managing Partner of Goldfinch Partners and founder of BCG Digital Ventures as he shares the digital trends he's seeing in the market.
